NVIDIA Unleashes Quadro 400 Professional Graphics Card

NVIDIA officially adds Quadro 400 to its professional graphics cards,which is based on Fermi architecture and targets entry-level market.
Quadro 400 adopts low-profile design, boasts a single-fan cooler,only takes up the space of a PCI expansion slot,as well as provides DVI and DisplayPort connectors.
The professional graphic card is based on Fermi architecture,features 48 CUDA Core,512MB DDR3 memory,but the core/memory frequencies are not revealed.

According to NVIDIA,though the graphics card is not with high specifications,it packs 30-bit color engine,supports the technology like 3D Vision,3D Vision Pro,CUDA,Mosaic,16xFSAA,nView,etc.And it promises up to 5x-10x faster performance than consumer high-end graphic cards.
Quadro 400 professional graphics card costs US$169,and it’s now available within HP’s and Fujitsu’s
workstations.

@Opus, ya sure if it really has only 48 SP. Just commpare the price of the Geforce with the same generation and SP. If it is A LOT expensive, than the price is valid.
