OCZ announces that its Vertex 3 series solid state drives are now shipping,the SSDs features SandForce’s SF-2200 controller and SATA 6Gbps interface.

OCZ Vertex 3 SSDs are 2.5-inch form factor,have MTBF of 2 million hours and support TRIM technology.And they deliver 4k random write performance of up to 60,000 IOPS.
