NVIDIA Unveils Flagship Tesla M2090 GPU In Scientific Computation

Along with the release of GeForce GTX 560,NVIDIA also unleashes the Tesla M2090 GPU,which is the world’s fastest parallel processor for high performance computing.

The new Tesla card packs 512 CUDA Core,6GB GDDR5 memory, delivering 665 gigaflops of peak double-precision performance.

It’s said that Tesla M2090 GPUs coupled with four CPUs delivered record performance of 69 nanoseconds of simulation per day.The fastest AMBER performance recorded on a CPU-only supercomputer is 46 ns/day.

The Tesla M2090 GPU will be available in servers such as the new HP ProLiant SL390 G7 4U server with a configuration of eight GPUs to two CPUs.More information, please enter into NVIDIA’s official website.
