ASRock Unveils Gen3 Series PCI-E 3.0 Motherboards

After introducing Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3 mobo,which is the first mobo to support PCI-E 3.0,and now ASRock unleashes another four PCI-E 3.0 mobos.
The four mobos are Z68 Extreme7 Gen3,Z68 Extreme4 Gen3,Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 and P67 Extreme4 Gen3.

Z68 Extreme7 Gen3 features ATX design,packs Intel Z68 chipset,8+4 phase power supply design,employs a PCI-E 3.0 x16 slot,four PCI-E 2.0 x16 slots,a PCI-E 2.0 x1 slot and a PCI slot,supports AMD CrossFire and NVIDIA SLI,boasts SATA 6Gbps,USB 3.0,eSATA,HDMI,DisplayPort,etc.
While the specs of Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 are consistent with that of Z68 Extreme4,but the PCB and capacitors are changed to "Black Gold Version".
Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 is slightly less than that of Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 in specs,the former reduces two SATA 6Gbps ports and two USB 3.0 ports.In addition,it employs two PCI-E 3.0 x16 slots as well,supports AMD CrossFireX and NVIDIA SLI.
While P67 Extreme4 Gen3 is based on the design of P67 Extreme4,it features "Black Gold Version" PCB and capacitors,employs two PCI-E 3.0 x16 slots.

According to ASRock,though these mobo can support PCI-E 3.0,but it can be only secured with the use of Ivy Bridge processors and PCI-E 3.0 devices.
