According to the source from Android And Me,the quad-core tablet based on NVIDIA’s KAL-EL processor will arrive this fall,while the smartphone won’t debut until next year.

The official NVIDIA statement is that Kal-El won’t be available in phones until early Q1 2012.Project KAL-EL will be the world’s first batch-production quad-core mobile processor,which packs four CPU cores and 12 graphics processing units.In addition,it supports display output with resolution of 2560*1600,delivers 5x performance of Tegra 2 along with a decent performance in power consumption.

Earlier we have reported that the ASUS’s second-generation Eee Pad Transformer tablet will launch in October 2011.And the table will be likely to pack the quad-core KAL-EL processor,but NVIDIA declined comment.
