Micron Demonstrates 128GBps DRAM Memory

In early February,Micron has declared its memory technology——Hybrid Memory Cube. While lately Micron demonstrated a prototype of a possible "future DRAM technology" at the Hot Chips conference.
According to Micron, the key point for the technology is to break through the "memory wall".And the current DDR3-1600 devices deliver 12.8GBps,the single HMC could feature the bandwidth of 128GB/s,while the power consumption and space is only 10% of that in DDR3 memory.
The features of Hybrid Memory Cube:
Increased Bandwith
A single HMC can provide more than 20x the performance of a DDR3 module.
Power Reductions
HMC is exponentially more efficient than current memory using just one-tenth as much energy per bit.
Smaller physical systems
HMC’s stacked architecture uses nearly 90% less space than today’s RDIMMs.

I loved as much as you’ll receive performed right here. The cartoon is tasteful, your authored subject matter stylish. however, you command get got an impatience over that you wish be delivering the following. ill for sure come more earlier again as exactly the same nearly a lot steadily within case you protect this hike.

urgh. its really mind bnulgigg. can’t decide which one is better. the asus eeepc 1000h or the msi wind. msi wind is very tempting having that great elegant looks, and that undeniably awesome specs i couldn’t resist. imagine 2GB MEMORY and 320GB storage, more expensive though compared to the 1000H. but the 1000h is more affordable and has more battery life than the msi wind. other than these things, which has better performance, durability, and efficiency? can anyone help?
