NVIDIA Kepler GK107 Specifications Leaked

Lately VR-Zone let out a piece of NVIDIA’s entry-level  GK107 diagram. GK107 will debut in a variety of N13 GeForce M GPUs and N14 Quadro M GPUs.

GK 107 will have two variants, they are GK107-300 in D14P1-10 SKU and GK107-200 GPU in D14M2-20. GK107-300 will feature GDDR3 or GDDR5 memory, while lower-end GK107-200 will only pack 512MB DDR3 memory.

It seems that the GK107 PCB design is similar to that of GF108 based GeForce GT 440. The same with GF108, GF107 will features 128-bit memory interface and cute heatsink. As for video output connectors, it boasts dual-DVI and mini HDMI solution.

The two variants of GK107 are expected to be branded as GeForce GT 6×0, additionally they are likely to be NVIDIA’s final entry-level GPUs, as AMD’s strong APUs and Intel’s increasing powerful IGPs pose a threat to entry-level graphics cards.
