NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 SE Review
Introduction
At the beginning of the year, AMD made use of it brand-new GCN (Graphics Core Next) architecture to step into graphics market, the Radeon HD 7700 series targeting main-stream market also arrived. As its competitor, NVIDIA is preparing for Kepler, during the process a new model GTX 560 SE emerged to counter AMD Radeon HD 7770.
GTX 560 SE is based on GF114 core, two SMs are shielded, so it features 288 CUDA cores, 48 texture units, 1GB GDDR5 memory with memory interface of 192-bit. The specs are lower than that of early-released GTX 460+, the reference card features core/Shader/memory clock of 776MHz/1553MHz/957MHz. Actually NVIDIA once introduced the card targeting at OEM market, which was branded as GTX 555.

Though NVIDIA sets the specs of GTX 560 SE lower than that of GTX 460+, various manufacturers improve the frequency of GTX 460+ and rebrand the card as GTX 560 SE, so there are two GTX 560 SE models existing in the market with 288 SPs and 336 SPs, respectively.
