The roadmap suggests that Tegra 4 will be codenamed Wayne and debut in 2012. Based on 4+1 core, the four leaked Tegra 4 processors include T40, T43, AP40 and SP3X. The former three are based on A15 architecture, but SP3X IS still based on A9 architecture.

NVIDIA will introduce T40 clocked at 1.8GHz in Q1, 2013, while in Q3 T43 clocked at 2.0GHz and mainstream AP40 will debut in Q3, 2013. In addition, SP3X will also appear in Q3 as well and support LTE.
