Last month China Customers’ Association tried twice to reach out to Apple for a comment on the battery issue of iPhone 6s smartphone, but failed. However, the tech giant has recently responded to it over its visit to China.
According to the CCA’s latest announcement, an executive of Apple has personally visited the organization and extended his apologies to Chinese customers for the sudden shutdown of their smartphones.
The company is going to launch a plan to fix the problem, and also release an iOS update quite soon including an extra diagnostic function for those iPhone models which have not yet had the reported problem.
At the same time, China Customers’ Association promises to keep following up the issue and protect customers’ rights and interests as always.
