The upcoming iPhone 8 has been rumored to feature an OLED display, and a new post indicates that all the OLED version of iPhone 8 will be curved.

“The OLED version of the new iPhone will all be curved as Apple ordered all plastic OLED – not glass – from Samsung Display. Samsung is capable of supplying a little less than 100 million units of curved OLED displays to Apple,” The Korea Herald has been told by someone familiar with the project.
However, Samsung Display’s curved OLED capacity for Apple is only about 70 million to 100 million units, which is far from adequate for iPhone 8. Therefore, Apple will have to figure it out. Apple is also likely to source the flat version of displays from other manufacturers such as LG Display and JDI.
